Information Technology Consultants
The HelpDesk is an integral part of the Information Technology department here at Mount Union College. Students of Mount Union College have an opportunity to help support the campus as an Information Technology Consultant. The role of an ITC is an important one. They are the voice and the presence that most faculty, staff, and students see and interact with on a daily basis. Therefore, they are representative, not only of User Support Services and the HelpDesk, but the entire Information Technology department as a whole.
