The IT Department will service current-student owned computers free of charge. The computer must meet the minimum standard requirements both for hardware and software.

The IT Department recommends purchasing Microsoft VISTA Business when purchasing student computers. Discounted software is available to current students at

Plan #1

Quickly restore your computer back to the original factory setup. Provide the original software discs and the repair time can be minimized.

All data backup is responsibility of the owner!

Preventative software provided by IT will be installed based on prior approval by the owner. Full Details are available in the waiver.

Plan #2

Clean, repair and update your computer. The system will be inspected to determine the extent of the problem(s). Each identified problem will be resolved provided support is available. Preventative software provided by IT will be installed based on prior approval by the owner. Full details are available in the waiver.

Information Technology reserves the right to limit the number of computers accepted for repair.
