IT Administered College Software Site Licenses
The College has several Agreements in place to license frequently used software. The following is a list and description of software site licenses administered by the Information Technology Department. Questions concerning these licenses should be directed to the IT Department, at x2854.

Microsoft® Campus Agreement
Microsoft Campus Agreement: The Microsoft Campus Agreement licenses the following products for use on all college owned equipment:
Microsoft Campus Desktop (consisting of Office Pro, Office XP, Office-Mac, Office 2003, Windows Operating System upgrades and Core CALs)** Microsoft FrontPage** Microsoft Publisher** Microsoft Visual Studio Academic Edition ** Microsoft Project Standard** Microsoft Visio Professional** Microsoft SQL Client Access License
**The Campus Agreement also grants "Work At Home Rights" for Office Suite products. Work At Home Rights are extended for work related projects, installation on one computer, and do not allow for personal use.

Adobe® CLP Agreement
Adobe CLP Agreement: The Adobe CLP Agreement allows Faculty Staff and Students to purchase Adobe software products at a greatly discounted rate

Symantec Antivirus
Symantec Anti-Virus: The College has an agreement for Symantec Anti-Virus. The agreement allows installation on college owned workstations and servers.

Apple Computer, Inc
Apple: The Apple Maintenance Program is a three-year subscription for major Mac OS X and Keynote releases. The College receives the benefit of using the most innovative technology available, and all computers are standardized with the latest software. |

SPSS
SPSS: SPSS software is a comprehensive system for analyzing data. It can take data from almost any type of file and generate tabulated reports, plot distributions and trends, create charts and graphs, and perform descriptive and complex statistical analyses. The College has contracted for a 150-user license for PC and 50-user license for Mac.

Wolfram Research, Inc.
Wolfram Research, Inc. (Mathematica): The College and Wolfram Research, Inc. entered into a campus wide academic site license for Mathematica. The agreement allows for installation of Mathematica on any campus owned computer. Faculty are entitled to work-at-home rights, and must request a separate password from Wolfram
