This section is designed primarily to provide Faculty and Staff the necessary online tool for contacting and acquiring information and services from the department. Faculty and staff requiring hardware for checkout or repair must use these online request forms to process your request.

Faculty and staff requiring hardware for checkout or repair must use these online request forms to process your request.
Equipment checkout is on a first come first serve basis. Our new scheduling feature allows you to submit an online request to checkout computer hardware and peripherals, and also see when equipment is available, and when equipment is checked out, all in real time.
